The Michiana Human Resource Association (MHRA) is an organization of Human Resource professionals in the Michiana area and surrounding communities.

Our mission is "To promote and advance the profession of Human Resources in the Michiana area through various programs and activities."

MHRA provides programs and presentations related to the Human Resource field that are intended to inform HR professionals on issues effecting the businesses we serve.  Members are encouraged to network with other HR professionals and offer one another solutions to the challenges faced.

MHRA meets the second Wednesday of each month, with the exception of July and August.  Meetings are held in Elkhart, IN at 11:30 a.m. Additionally we have quarterly meetings at 7:30 a.m. in Cassopolis, Middlebury and Nappanee.
